discovery

our first phase in the blupint process is something most people would call an initial consultation, but of course we have to be different. ok, this is where we learn from you, the client, and ask you an ungodly amount of questions. we want to understand your needs, wants and resources. our goal is to clearly grasp the vision for where you see your organization going and how we can lead you there. by the conclusion of the discovery phase, we will have a list of actionable goals and you will know exaclty which of our offerings will fit you best.

the “blu-print”

as is true with most things in life, having a goal doesn’t do much good if you lack the road to take you there. building that road is what we call the blu-print. led by the blupint team, we consider this the fun and creative phase. here we will determine the best practices and strategies that will yield the biggest results; and determine how and when to execute such efforts so their impact is truly felt. the blu-print will be a physical roadmap for your project. it will tell you exactly what we will do, when we’ll do it, and what the measurable benefits will be.

deployment

as you probably guessed, this is the implementation phase. along with the client we will launch, run and maintain those strategies and campaigns laid out by the blu-print. this is when we turn the key on all our hard work and watch the magic happen. make it rain baby, make it rain..

success evaluation

the success evaluation is an important phase, and the final piece of every project that the pints embark on. after a project has completed, (or at specified times throughout the life of a project) we will perform an audit of our own work. for every project we do, we want to know what worked, what could improve, why and to what degree. This metric based evaluation will illustrate to us and our clients how our efforts are paying off and if adjustments or enhancements need to be undertaken.
